When you submit a contact or quotation request, we receive the information you enter. This can include your name, email address, company, phone number, and project message. The website also records the page the request came from and the time it was submitted.

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, discuss potential work, and keep the records needed to manage that conversation. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a website inquiry.
Service providers and storage
The website is hosted on Google Cloud Run, and submitted inquiries are stored using Google Cloud Firestore. Google provides infrastructure and storage services to operate the website. These providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests website resources. The exact Firestore data location depends on the project configuration.
Some pages also load fonts and a site-support script from third-party domains. Those providers may receive technical connection information when your browser loads those resources; their own privacy notices apply.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to handle the request and related business records, and then delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements. The website code does not define an automatic deletion period. We use cloud infrastructure to store submissions, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We will review and respond to requests in line with applicable requirements and our recordkeeping obligations.
